Diana Romanach

RD, MS, LDN

Diana Romanach received her undergraduate degree at Middle Tennessee State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship and Masters degree at Samford University. She has experience with eating disorder treatment at the PHP/IOP level of care for three years following graduation and absolutely loves teaching, encouraging, and walking alongside those struggling with disordered relationships with food.

Her approach: Diana wholeheartedly believes that food is meant for both physical nourishment and joy and satisfaction. She utilizes a non-diet approach and loves incorporating principles from Intuitive Eating into her work with clients. She believes that health is more than a number on a scale and strives to compassionately walk with each client as they reflect on their relationship with food, exercise, and their body. Diana believes in the power of building a relationship with each of her clients, one in which they can feel seen and loved. She would be honored to laugh, cry, and grow with you.

Clients she works with: Diana welcomes anyone and all! She has experience working with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and generalized disordered eating. She loves working with college age individuals and those who wish to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.

Her favorite things: Anything warm and cozy, summertime, Lord of the Rings, walks with her husband, dancing at weddings, sourdough, sweet treats, and game nights with family or friends.
