Amanda is a proud Nashville native and Registered Dietitian. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Samford University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Alabama. With over seven years of experience in both clinical inpatient and outpatient settings, Amanda has honed her skills in delivering personalized nutrition education and therapy to individuals of all ages. Her approach is driven by a passion for understanding the profound impact of nutrition on both physical and mental well-being.
Her approach: Amanda uses a personalized, holistic approach with each client to help them address and uncover their unique nutritional challenges and needs. She seeks to provide a compassionate environment while partnering with clients in reaching their individual lifestyle and nutrition goals. Amanda desires to empower her clients to adopt a balanced mindset and sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term health and wellness.
