Kristal Lambert

Kristal is our amazing Insurance and Billing Coordinator.

She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Belmont University. She has over 15 years of experience in human resources, implementation, customer service, training & development, and benefits administration.

Wellness and nutrition are both areas of passion for her, so the transition from a corporate setting to a nutritional one has been a welcome and energizing change.

Her favorite things: her sweet dog Poppy, classes at Row House, cheering on the Titans, trying out new local restaurants, & most importantly, spending time with her family..
